Mees Physical Therapy, LLC was opened in September 2018 in a one room clinic in Lincoln North Dakota. The area of Lincoln welcomed us with open arms, as well as our reach expanding within a hundred miles in all directions. Patients seeking relief from pain of all kinds, and a different type of physical therapy than they’d been offered before. The birth of the dream.. Reclaim Health LLC, a clinic that offered excellence in patient care, options for Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Primary Patient Care with a Nurse Practitioner, Weight Loss, Cold Laser Therapy all under the same roof. Separate entities with one goal in mind…Getting the patient better, with true outside of the box treatments. In August 2019 that Dream became a reality as Reclaim Health, LLC opened its doors at 2730 Paintball Way, Lincoln ND. Along the way Ruby our clinic support dog joined. Melissa Mees, PT/Owner
Born and raised in the Bismarck area, Missy graduated in 2002 from the University of Mary, where she earned her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy. With her husband and four children, her family operates a hobby farm north of Bismarck and they enjoy their time together in the outdoors hunting & fishing, playing sports, horseback riding, and gardening, so the challenges of living a vigorous life are well known to her and enjoyed in stride.
Missy takes pride in being recognized as a Manual Physical Therapist. Her treatments are hands on from start to finish. Missy is Certified in Advanced Dry Needling, Custom Foot Orthotics, Gait Assessment, Mulligan Concept and Ergonomic Assessments. With 16 years of physical therapy experience and a patient-focused approach honed during that time, she is ready to work with you to find a specialized recovery program tailored to your unique lifestyle and body.
Missy knows that physical therapy is a team effort, and it is her goal to explain your injury, your body’s amazing recovery abilities and set out plan that is expressed in a way which you will be able to understand and complete, without letting all of the medical mumbo-jumbo get in the way of your return to the life you love to live.
Mandy Peerboom, DPT, PT, MTC
Dr. Mandy is from central North Dakota, she received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Mary. She joined Mees PT in 2019.
Certified in Women’s Health for Pelvic Floor Function, Dysfunction and Treatment through Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and training through Women’s Health APTA. Along with certification of Manual Therapy though Evidence in Motion and extra training in fascial distortion model. (FDM). Certified in Integrative Dry Needling and a certified Yoga Instructor (RYT200).
Mandy has experience and extra training in the treatment of pelvic pain, osteoporosis, urinary/fecal incontinence, constipation, pre- and postpartum issues, bladder prolapse, chronic pain conditions unique to females and many others. She uses a multi-directional approach for assessment and a treatment plan individualized for each patient.
She enjoys working with patients of all diagnoses and ages while building connections with patients on their road to recovery. Whether it be from shoulder pain, neck issues or low back pain.

Katie Kostelecky, DPT, PT
Dr. Katie joined Mees PT in 2020. She was born and raised in Dickinson, ND. After completing a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology at UND, she received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Mary. Following completion of her professional program, she returned to her alma mater to complete a residency program to receive specialty training in treating sports related injuries. She was able to provide side-line coverage and quality care to acute and chronic injuries seen in Division I college athletics. Her training focused on returning athletes to full performance following ACL reconstruction, concussion, labral tears, and many other traumatic injuries.
Katie enjoys collaborating with her patients of all ages to meet their goals by utilizing her manual therapy skills and clinical reasoning and her patient’s consistency with exercise to return patients to their daily lives, pain-free. She is certified in dry needling and is ready to start serving the Lincoln/ Bismarck/ Mandan community!
In Katie’s free time, she enjoys hiking, going on bike rides with her 2 kids, walking her 2 dogs, and baking goodies. She and her fiancé are excited to be closer to family on the western part of the state! We are so glad to have her as a part of our team!
